Important answers to hard questions about cross-border hiring and posting of employees will be given by experts during the information meeting, organized by Visa Agency to the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on April 11th in hotel Cosmopolitan in Ruse. Participation is free, but it is required to register in advance via this form.

Lecturers from Bulgaria and Romania – representatives of institutions, labour and tax legislation experts, wages and remuneration specialists and consultants will provide practical advice for hiring employees in Romania and will provide information about:

• specific guidelines about labour and tax legislation in relation to the posting of employees in the EU, as well as the hiring of personnel from the EU and third countries (Ukraine, Moldova etc.)
• VAT registration in Romania (including in the field of online sales);
• opportunities of hiring a Bulgarian citizen as a manager in a Romanian company; 
• salary levels in Bulgaria and Romania;
• practical advice on the conditions for recruiting personnel in Romania and sharing of experience;

The event is directed towards employers, who have a business in Romania or plan to enter the Romanian market. The discussed topics will also be useful to future entrepreneurs, freelance specialists, accountants, lawyers, finance and human resouce specialists.
